SKC is a strategic consultancy focused on the increasingly challenging market access environment of innovative drug products. We support the successful market access both on a strategic and an operational level. For more than 15 years, our highly experienced team has been supporting our clients in solving their strategically complex questions. 

The specific backgrounds of our colleagues in the field of Health Economics, Social Sciences, Medicine or Pharmacy contribute to fulfilling this mission.

We are partners of internationally operating pharma-, biotech and medtech companies, as well as of investors, whom we support as sparring partners, or whom we operationally guide through the entire market access process. As we enjoy facing strategic challenges, we particularly manage projects for orphan drug products, for ATMPs and for products which set new therapy standards.

Our systemic approach and our extensive network with clinical medicine and science allow us to place the patient in the center. We always start of by answering the question: what does the clinical reality look like? Our clients value our hands-on mindset and our custom-made project approach. We are strategic sparring partner and focused, agile implementer – depending on our individual client's need. All our projects have one thing in common though.
