How you will create an impact:
As a Senior Project & Transformation Manager, working closely together with the group COO/ CTO, you will drive the digital transformation and harmonization of consulting processes, enabling agile project delivery and operational excellence for innovative healthcare and life science solutions across Europe.
- Lead and coordinate transformation projects to standardize and digitize consulting processes.
- Drive the adoption of agile and dual project management standards.
- Support configuration and implementation of project management software (Kantata).
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration between IT, Finance, HR, and business units.
- Manage risks, align workstreams, and deliver high-impact reports to management.
- Collaborate with external service providers and ensure quality delivery.
About you:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in project and transformation management, ideally in professional services and / or life science industry.
- Expertise in agile methodologies and change management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in different cultural settings.
- Fluent in English; German preferred.
- Willingness to travel across Europe.
