The workshop will provide an overview of the German healthcare system, technical, regulatory and data law requirements for business model development, and the financing of innovative projects in the healthcare sector. It will provide a compact insight into the requirements of business development in the highly regulated healthcare sector.
Prof. Matthias P. Schönermark, M.D., Ph.D., founder and managing director of SKC, will start the workshop and give an overview of the German healthcare system. Other topics include the differences between DiGA and DiPA, regulation, proof of benefit, CE marking of medical device software and the areas of reimbursement, DSGVO and distribution.
