Reimbursement - promising argumentation and successful negotiation in practice
Based on the context of §35a SGB V, the aim is to examine how market access managers can effectively achieve their negotiation goals in hearings with the German Federal Joint Committee (G-BA) and in price negotiations with the German National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Funds (GKV-SV).
Prof. Matthias P. Schönermark, M.D., Ph.D., founder and managing director of SKC, is pleased to present in his lecture "how to negotiate the non-negotiable" and to outline reimbursement amount negotiations with statutory health insurances from a systemic perspective.
